Due to the high demand for items, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and therefore may sell out before a certain item is processed.
Please note, some of our sunglasses are shipped SEPARATELY and they may arrive in different packages at different times. Thank you for your understanding.

DELIVERY & TRACKING
BRANDL processes orders on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Although most items purchased will be processed within 3 to 5 business days of the order, it can take up to a maximum of 7 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information (if applicable) once your order has shipped. Please allow 10-21 business days for delivery of your order.
Please Note: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. BRANDL will not be held responsible for delivery times estimated by any third party services used.
BRANDL is not responsible for destination country tax and/or duty charge if incurred. Buyer will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country, prior to ordering.
Please Note: Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by customs.
All orders are processed in USD at the most current exchange rate.
Some of our orders are shipped separately. If you have ordered multiple items and have not received all the items, please do not email us. Your remaining items are on their way. Please allow the shipping times above to receive your entire order.
